How do I get custom embroidery?
It's easy - just select custom embroidery as your logo option when adding your covers to your cart. Note that custom embroidery is only available on premium neoprene and XP7 Heavy Duty Canvas covers.
Once you've placed your order, you will then receive an email from one of our production team to confirm what you want on your covers.
If you have a logo you would like us to use, please send design files (.ai or .eps) or a high resolution PNG. If you are unsure on file formats or resolutions, let us know and we can help out. Unfortunately we cannot embroider photos due to the limitations with the embroidery process - if you're keen on a photos please talk to a graphic designer to get it converted to a 'vector' file using the colour palate shown below.
We'll then ask you to approve a graphical representation based on what you've asked for before officially starting production on your covers.
Due to copyright reasons, Razorback 4x4 cannot embroider names of car brands, makes, models or variants. We also reserve the right to decline embroideries that are not in line with our company image or offensive in any way. Thanks for understanding!
Custom embroidered covers are all 'made to order' items and have a 3-6 week production time before we're able to dispatch them out to you. We'll do our best to get your covers out to you within this window of time.
Razorback reserves the right to use logos given to us for media and marketing purposes - if you don't want us to share your logo, please let let us know before receiving your covers.
