General

Are your covers universal fitting or tailored?

All the covers that we offer are tailor made to fit a specific model and year range of car, which is how we can guarantee the fit of our covers!

We offer all the latest 4wd’s and some of the most popular cars in Australia, and are constantly adding new models and part numbers. If we don’t have your car, feel free to send us an email at info@razorback4x4.com.au and we can let you know when we can offer that model to you!

Warranty

Do the covers come with a warranty?

Every Razorback cover comes with an extended warranty at no charge. Our standard range includes a 2 year warranty for neoprene covers and 3 years for our canvas covers. 

We are happy to work through any warranty issues with you, but we have not had a single warranty claim yet!

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email us at info@razorback4x4.com.au with photos and a description of the problem. We will then recommend whether to send the covers back to us to process the claim, and advise you on the process each step of the way.

Are the covers easy to install?

The covers are all straightforward and can be fitted in under half an hour a row in most cases. Some of them, such as the current gen Hilux, need to have the back seats removed to fit, but most are simple to pull on. All the covers can be done at home without any technical knowledge.

Airbag

Are your covers airbag compatible?

Our covers are ADR compatible, and we have had the covers tested at an authorized testing facility to strict OEM specifications. The cover was placed on a seat which then had a high-impact crash test ran on it, and the airbag burst out well within the expected time.

The way this works is by using a special thread and making a custom airbag seam on each cover, so that in the event of a collision, the airbag will burst the seam on the way out of the seat and deploy in the usual time. This means that our covers are safe and will not affect the airbag from deploying and saving lives.    

Maintenance

How do I clean my covers if they get dirty?

Our covers are extremely easy to clean, simply use a wet towel or soapy water to remove dirt and then hang to dry. If the covers are severely dirty or soiled, they can be washed on a cold gentle cycle, but this is not the recommended cleaning method.

Orders

Are your covers made to order or in stock?

At Razorback we hold large amounts of inventory for all our popular models at all times and offer same day shipping for all orders placed by 3pm. Unlike a number of our competitors who make their covers to order, our team has already done the hard work so you don’t have to wait weeks for your covers.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is received and processed, Razorback will automatically send out Australia Post tracking numbers, so you can check the status of your order. Please contact us if your package is lost or delayed so we can follow up and help out.

How much do you charge for delivery?

All Razorback covers include free standard delivery Australia wide, with express and insurance available as an extra cost. We also ship internationally.

What colours do you have available?

All our neoprene covers come in the standard black colour, with the choice of black, white, and charcoal coloured stitching, with our canvas covers currently coming in charcoal.

We are constantly looking to expand our options available to our customers, so keep posted for new colours and materials being launched.

Do Razorback offer wholesale rates? Can I be a Razorback distributor?

Do you offer any covers without the Razorback logo?

Yes, we offer many of our models without a logo, which is a requirement for many fleets, companies and government bodies. If you are interested in covers without a logo, please leave a message with your purchase and we will confirm availability.

What is your return policy if I am not happy with the product?

We are so confident that you will love our products, that we offer a 30 day money back guarantee! Simply contact us on info@razorback4x4.com.au and let us know why you are unhappy and we will do our best to fix the problem!

If it is not an issue that we can fix, we will be happy to refund you the cost you paid for the covers. All you will need to do is ship the covers back to us at 6 West Court, Coolaroo VIC 3048 and once we have checked the covers to make sure they are in a good condition we will process your refund.
