RAZORBACK'S NEOPRENE
What makes our neoprene material so good? Well, it's a special neoprene that we've designed and sourced from the ground up using decades of textile engineering experience. It's a proprietary blend of fibres, dyes and materials that is truly unlike anything else out there!
Most other neoprene covers can only offer an average of a 10-15% rubber blend in their material, resulting in a cover that fits poorly and lacks grip on the seat. With Razorback 4x4, we boast a massive 30% rubber blend for an unmatched fit, comfort and grip.

STANDARD VS PREMIUM NEOPRENE?
You may notice that we offer both a standard and premium option for our neoprene covers. But what's the difference?
While our standard neoprene already offers up an elite level of protection and style, RB premium neoprene is truly in a league of its own when it comes to a 4WD seat cover.
For premium neoprene, we use heat embossing on the lumbar and cushion areas, stitch them together with a special warp-knit method, and offer extra visual customisation options on top. Nothing on the market is quite as strong, comfortable or aesthetic!

XP7 HEAVY-DUTY CANVAS
Razorback 4x4’s XP7 canvas isn't like other canvas you'll find out there. For starters, it boasts a huge 16-oz polycotton material, created to survive the harsh Australian outback without cracking or fading from the harsh Aussie UV rays.
It's designed with rugged 4x4ing in mind, and well suited to taking a beating from tough tradies, agriculture and farming, and for those particularly tough tracks where you need the sturdiest material available.
It's foam-backed for extra comfort, and we've packed DOUBLE the amount of canvas material in high-wear areas on the seat too.
Our XP7 has passed more than 40 tests in independent labs for colour fastness, water resistance, tear strength, water immersion shrinkage, the ability to beat ducks and more.
We can also do custom embroidery on your XP7 covers too - getting your own logo or text on there is a unique personal touch that's guaranteed to turn heads!

AIRBAG SEAM
We put the utmost value on your safety, which is why we’ve gone the extra mile to use fully engineered airbag seams in every single one of our covers! This seam uses a special thread at a different tensile strength, designed to break and allow the airbag to deploy safely in the event of a collision for peace of mind.
