At Razorback 4x4 we believe our product is the best on the market and are confident that you will love our seat covers as much as we do. We are happy to provide a 30-day money back guarantee if you have a change of mind on your purchase, based on the condition of the product.
Razorback 4x4 will only accept returns if the product is:
 
-Still in a new condition
-Clean
-Has not been fitted
-Have original packaging
-Is within 30 days of purchase
-Is not a made to order item
-We will not be able to refund the item if it is damaged in any way.
 
Return Postage 
Return postage and associated charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and products must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds will be paid after the product has been inspected by our team and confirmed that the returned parts fall within the above conditions.
Made to Order and Pre Order Products
Our money back guarantee does not apply to made to order products such as premium neoprene covers and any orders including custom embroidery or items with production time.

Razorback4x4 reserves the right to refuse refunds for products that have been damaged by the customer or from improper use, are in poor condition or when not all parts of the product have been returned. 
 
International Shipping Policy 

At Razorback4x4, we are happy to ship our high-quality products to most international destinations. However, there will be an additional postage fee depending on your location. At checkout, select your country and we will provide you with the international shipping costs required for your region. International shipping will, by default, be sent as standard international shipping with Australia Post. If you wish to put the order through as express or with a different shipping carrier, please contact us at support@razorback4x4.com.au

Please note that the prices provided by Razorback4x4 exclude any import fees, and that these fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. This may include payments such as taxes, customs charges and duties. Please ensure that you are aware of this before commencing an international order as Razorback4x4 does not take responsibility for any additional international fees.

Razorback 4x4 seat covers are tailor made and designed to fit Australian models. Checking compatibility between Australian models and international models is the responsibility of the customer.
