Rooftop Tent Manufacturer's Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage: We are pleased to offer a 12-month manufacturer's warranty for our Rooftop Tent. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Warranty Period: The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and extends for 12 months.

What's Covered: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered during normal use of the Rooftop Tent, including:

  • Issues with the tent canvas, such as tears or seam separations.
  • Malfunctions in the tent frame, ladder, and associated components.
  • Defective zippers, buckles, and other hardware.

What's Not Covered: The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
  • Damage resulting from improper setup, installation, or storage.
  • Modifications or alterations made to the product.

Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact Customer Service at support@razorback4x4.com.au with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, if deemed a valid warranty issue, will provide a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Exclusions: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Rooftop Tent. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
