When installing your new seat covers, you will need to pay close attention to make sure the seat's airbag seam lines up correctly with our specially engineered airbag seam on the cover. Failure to do so may cause serious harm to yourself and your passengers. Here is an example of what the airbag seam tags look like:

 

 

We put the utmost value on your safety and have designed our seat covers to include a specially engineered airbag seam. This seam uses a special thread at a different tensile strength, designed to burst with the airbag to allow safe deployment in the event of a collision.

 

Our covers have been tested in Victoria by APV-T, a company who specialise in crash and safety testing, and they've awarded certifications to our covers after rigorous industry-standard safety tests.

The time for full inflation of the airbag with our neoprene covers are 12.4ms and our canvas is 11.4ms as per our test with APV-T in Victoria.

In both covers you'll get the same neoprene material (the under layer that grips onto your seat), map pockets, airbag seams and unreal quality.

But with premium neoprene, these are an industry-first creation that show off every feature RB has to offer - a special warp-knit top layer which adds extra abrasion resistance, heat embossing on the lumbar and cushion for extra comfort, and a suite of customisation options including stitching colours and custom embroidery.

Standard neoprene also comes with a 2-year warranty vs a 3-year on premium neoprene covers.

To order yours, select custom embroidery as your logo type on the product page before adding them to your cart.

Once you have checked out, you will receive an email from our production team who will offer you colour and font options, along with instructions for sending through a custom logo of your own if you have one you would like us to use.

Note that we will not embroider any registered trademarks that you don't hold the rights to including car brands and certain makes (eg. Toyota, HiLux etc.). We will offer alternatives and do our best to find a design you're happy with.
